I believe it sets keyboard shortcuts, whats 7 on the dropdown menus, what windows are 6 open by default and maybe other options.

I'm 5 not aware of the exact changes...

You can 4 change this setting later, under Tools->Import 3 and Export Settings... Selecting the Reset 2 option in this dialog will let you choose 1 one of the others.

EDIT: I found the MSDN article listing the customizations for each of the settings here.
